Our beginner runners Couch to 5K programme is held in the spring and early summer every year. Last year we helped 30 people achieve their aim of going from zero to 5k runners in just 10 weeks. The sessions are held in a safe environment, led by UKA qualified leaders in running fitness, and are specifically aimed at beginners or people who want to return to running after a break.
Starting May 14th 2018, the sessions will be held at 7.30pm every Monday evening,
for 10 weeks, aimed at getting beginners ready for a summer 5k run.
We meet at the Clock Tower, St Piers Lane, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6PW. (Just look out for the other runners when you arrive).
Run in a safe environment accompanied by friendly experienced runners with an easy to follow training plan specifically aimed at beginners or runners who want to return to running after a break. This is a no pressure, fun training programme.
The cost of the ten week course is just £20, which also includes a year’s membership to the club, providing continued support to help you keep on running.
